There is a Nor'Easter hitting the East Coast and we have seen high winds and lots of rain. I am working here on a marine salvage case and the place where the vessel is sunk 90% of the way is seeing 50 knot winds and 20 foot seas. Thus, no divers or survey is taking place in these conditions.
This is a very involved engineering problem and my head is starting to pound after 12-14 hour days of calculations and different scenario discussions :)
